At Pujavivah, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across India. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days after successful order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before placing the order. Any available free shipping offers will be mentioned separately on the website.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered mobile number or email. Please ensure that you provide the correct name, address, PIN code, and mobile number while placing your order. Pujavivah will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier service issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please contact us as soon as possible and share clear photos or videos of the package and product.
